TERMS & CONDITIONS

$40/hour rate requires a minimum 4-hour booking.
Jobs under 4 hours will be billed at standard rates.
$20 arrival/service fee applies to all appointments.
Fee covers travel, setup, and initial assessment.
Materials, parts, permits, and taxes are NOT included in the $40/hour labor rate.
Offer valid for Winston-Salem residential customers only.
Commercial properties, property managers, and landlords may be excluded.
General contractors are excluded from this promotional pricing.
Electrical work is billed per technician, per hour.
Multiple technicians may be required depending on the scope of work.
Scope of work must be agreed upon before service begins.
Any additional work requested will require approval and may affect pricing.
Customer must provide safe, accessible work areas.
Delays caused by unsafe conditions or lack of access may be billable.
Offer subject to availability and scheduling.
Appointments are first come, first served.
This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
Payment is due upon completion of services.
