SALES REPRESENTATIVE OPPORTUNITY

Turn a good conversation
into a clear next step.

We’re looking for people who communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and put customer understanding first.

01 / CONNECT

Start with the customer.

Discuss project goals, listen to concerns, and identify whether an electrical consultation is the right next step.

02 / COORDINATE

Keep the details moving.

Keep customer records and follow-ups organized, communicate project interests accurately, and coordinate assessments and approved quotes with Kevin.

03 / FOLLOW THROUGH

Set clear expectations.

Explain the next steps accurately. Project scope, technical recommendations, and final pricing are confirmed through CK’s assessment and written quote.

Tell us about your sales, customer-service, or trade experience and what interests you about selling electrical services. If you are interested in helping coach others and build sales processes as the team grows, include that in your introduction.

COMPENSATION

A clear plan before you commit.

Commission-only: 6% of the executed contract value.

Commission is paid every two weeks after the contract is signed by all required parties. Payment does not wait for job completion or full customer payment. Review the written commission agreement and role terms with CK before joining.

Practical customer needs.

Electrical service equipment, wiring, lighting, and complete-home upgrade planning are part of the customer conversation. Technical details and project suitability remain subject to an on-site assessment.
